A Lhasapoo’s heredity and surroundings will dictate their personality, so it’s tough to generalize about how these dogs will behave. Lhasapoos can co-exist with children, but they prefer older kids who know how to handle them. These pups also can get along with other dogs and cats, although they may be a bit yappy. At 10-20 pounds, Lhasapoos are the perfect size for apartment living. Whether they live in a small space or large home with a yard, they should be kept as indoor dogs so they can be around people and satisfy their need for companionship.
