Regularly trim your dog's nails. If your dog’s nails reach just above the ground or are tapping when they walk, it’s time for a trim!
Make sure to be consistent about setting rules with your new puppy, so they don’t get confused or forget.
Always carry them properly by placing one hand under your dog’s chest, and your forearm or other hand supporting their hind legs and bottom.
