Novi is a solid blue Pomeranian, she is currently going thru her coat change from puppy coat shed out to growing in her adult coat. She is a very playful outgoing girl. I have decided I am not going to keep her for my breeding program, she is being offered as pet only,. no registration papers will be given. This is why her price is very low. She has been vet examined, puppy shots upto date, already has a microchip in her ready for that to be registered with new owner. Blue is a rarer color, Solid blue is even harder to find.
