Lonesome Song Clyde / “Clyde” - Clyde is a grandson of Rawhide’s Clown on one side of his pedigree and a grandson of Crosswind’s Micro Chip on the other, and his pedigree is stacked FULL of National Champions and Field Champions. He is all business in the field and has the titles to prove it. He has a great nose, speed, and a natural retriever. Yet, for all that drive he also possesses a high degree of cooperation and handles like a dream. His demeanor around people and dogs alike is excellent. Accomplishments: * 1st Runner-up UFTA Amateur National Champion * 3rd Runner-up UFTA Amateur National Champion * 2x UFTA Amateur Champion * 3x UFTA Open Champion * UFTA Doubles Champion. Rocky River’s Legacy of Xena / “Xena” - Xena also stands above the crowd in her own right. Her sire, Rocky River’s Smooth Operator / “Slick”, is a UFTA Hall of Fame Dog, a 3x UFTA National Champion, and 12x UFTA Champion. She and Clyde’s temperaments are very much alike and the reason we chose this pairing: to double up on the exceptional drive in the field, yet calm and biddable demeanor. Both are natural bird finders and retrievers, and also possessing calm temperaments and a joy to have around the house.
