Angus is a purebred cavalier king charles spaniel out of a black and tan mom and a ruby dad. Angus has been well socialized with kids and other dogs. He will also do well with cats, although he has not been around any yet. He has been raised inside and is not kenneled. He is a loving, playful baby who will make a wonderful addition to any family and home environment. We raise our pups to be family members and companions only, as their parents are to us. We just want our pups to find good homes and their adopters to be able to add a loving pup. Angus has received his current health cert as of 6/19/24. Angus was found to have a grade 2 out of 6 murmur and a reducible umbilical hernia. No other issues were noted on his exam. He will, most likely, outgrow the murmur as very young pups can sometimes present with murmurs at their 8 week check however, we can't guarantee it. He may also outgrow the umbilical hernia. These occur when the mom pulls too hard on the cord at birth and resemble an "outie" belly button of a human. They are fairly common in all breeds and are not a cavalier specific issue. If not outgrown, they are easily repaired at the time of neuter. He weighed 4.3 pounds as of 6/19/24. He is ready to join his new family and start his journey to his forever home. We may be able to deliver or meet people partway, depending on the distance. In some cases,we may charge a delivery fee (depending on distance and travel time). Please ask if you need help getting your new baby home. We can also meet people at the airport if they want to fly in and take their new baby back as carry on with them.
