Carter is such a cute little boy. He is a cross between a shih Tzu and a Bichon frise, which is commonly referred to as a Teddy Bear. Carter is happy and healthy. He is up to date with his shots and dewormings. He is also microchipped. Carter comes with a collar, leash, favorite toy, health record, and enough puppy food to get you started.
