Mother: BorderCollie/AustralianShepherd; 65 pounds. Velvet is my devoted companion. Follows me everywhere, but never underfoot. I have never had a dog so easy to train, because she is so eager to please me. The pups get their brains from Velvet. Father: Newfoundland/AustralianCattleDog; 75 pounds. Goober is mellowFellow. Humble, laidBack, and gentle. He teaches the pups manners, but doesn't ever hurt them. And the pups are so smart, that they don't need to be told very often. It makes my training a lot easier; I just softly growl, and the pups stop and pay attention to me. Nemo loves to explore the world; he likes to follow me around to see what I am doing. He is always ready to romp with his litterMates. Smart; easy to train because he is eager to please you. Raised on a farm; socialized with cats/ chickens/ ducks/ horse. Free range, so he is already learning basic manners and commands like no/ enough/ move/ backUp/ ouch. I work with him a lot, since he is around me as I tend the animals.
