Phoebe is the smallest of the litter, currently tracking about 9 lbs. She has beautiful thick, wavy hair and a nice compact, square conformation with a higher tailset. She also has a nice “apple head”, round eyes, and teddy-bear muzzle. She has a confident attitude but is still a demure, “girly-girl🥰! Her mom is a 9 lb Shihpoo, her dad is a 7 lb toy poodle.
