Penelope is a pretty female puppy, with an extra fluffy, tri-color golden-Sable coat, stocky body,, short legs and white toes. She is Called a Teddy-Bear, which is ½ Bichon + ½ Shih-Tsu. Playful, friendly, eager, happy, observant, and has a good appetite. Well behaved, energetic, and sensitive. She is low shedding, and Vaccines are current. She is currently 3.5 lbs.
