He was Born November 1st, 2024 and will be ready to go to his forever home on January 6th , 2025! His parents both have great personalities and love being with their humans. Scout's dad (Albert) is a Chocolate Shih Tzu and weighs 5 pounds and his mom is a Chocolate and white  Toy Shih Tzu (Buffy) and weighs 8 pounds.
