Pepe’ Is a Blue Shih Tzu. He only has a very small amount of white on his forehead (Buddha kiss) This handsome man is AKC registered. He is full of energy, well socialized and loves to be cuddled. What stands out about him is he would rather chill out and just be loved on rather than being a rough tuff kind of boy. He is a cuddle bug!
