Quasi is a wonderful boy, he was born with only 3 legs and cleft lip. He does everything like a normal dog. He doesn’t like other boy dogs though. He needs a home with no other dogs or just females. He has a lot of energy nd it’s difficult for him to settle down to snuggle, but he will. Weighs around 12lbs
