Meet Higgins, our little Havanese! Higgins is a sweet boy who loves to hop around, cuddle and give kisses! He's wonderful with children and other dogs. He is also very smart. He learned how to use the dog door without trouble and is potty trained. He will go to his forever home with his vaccines up-to-date, and a doggy goodie-bag (including food). Higgins is hypoallergenic.
