Frosty is extremely sweet. Very loyal always loves being at his caretakers heels. He is only still available because we had been holding him back for a particular family that was never able to follow through. He's very easy going and eager to please. He does good with Puppy pads here. Like with any transfer, he will benefit from structured support, but we can let you know how we have them set up here.
