Charlie is a very smart and comical little boy. Very sweet. Loves to play, very loyal, always loving on his caretakers here. He's easy going and eager to please. He does good with Puppy pads here. Like with any transfer, he will benefit from structured support, but we can let you know how we have them set up here.
