All About Me!

Maggie’s babies were born Feb. 25,2024. Maggie (mom) and Sully (dad) are our family pets along with our other two females, Gracie and Frankie and our other male wheaten, Tucker. We have been raising SCWT for 19 years. We are located in Northwest Iowa. We are not a large breeding kennel as we keep our wheatens as family pets and are members of our family. We love spending time with our dogs and we want others to be able to enjoy the love that wheatens give. Our wheatens love spending time with adults and kids alike and are great family pets. They are very social dogs and are acclimated to all ages of people. We spend a great deal of time with our puppies before they go to their forever homes so they will be ready for lots of love. Wheatens are non-shedding so grooming is minimal if you keep their coat shorter. Wheaten’s are also considered hypo-allergenic dogs so are a great pet to have if someone in your household has allergies/asthma as most people will not be affected by their coat. All of our puppies will come with APR registration papers, health certificate, vaccination records, up to date shots and worming, dewclaws removed/tails docked and a 1 year health guarantee for genetic defects of the heart, liver and kidneys. Our goal is to have our puppies go to individuals and/or families who want to make a puppy a member of the family and provide a wonderful loving home for them. We would be happy to send additional pictures so you can see their changes and growth over the weeks before they head to their new homes. We have included photos of the parents as well, Gracie and Sully. Our puppies will be ready to go to their new home at 10 weeks so they would be ready to go May 5, 2024. We require a $150 non-refundable deposit to hold your puppy. The deposit can be made via PayPal or Venmo. The remaining $250 would be due when you pick up the puppy or before the puppy is shipped. Shipping is an additional cost of approximately $400. We are willing to make arrangements to drive and meet part way if this is feasible - a fee will be determined by the distance to drive. We welcome you to come and visit our home to see the puppies but they must be 6 weeks old before visitors are allowed.
