Cotty is absolutely adorable! He has a very well mannered personality, he is a happy puppy, bouncing around and being playful, but very alert and attentive to his partners. He will be approximately 12 pounds as an adult. His mom is a Shih Tzu and his daddy is a havanese. We created family affair puppies to improve the family pet industry.
