All About Me!

Angus is a beautiful AKC male newfoundland. He is great with other dogs and loves to be pet. His only drawback is that he's in his terrible twos and can be willful. I am not sure how he is with kids but I do know he is not the dog that would tolerate a lot of yanking of the tail and ears he will try to get up and walk away when I am brushing his ears and tail out, so older children would be best. He is house trained rarely has accidents in the house. He loves to go for walks, however car is a working progress for him as it makes him nervous. If your interested in a male for breeding and do not want to wait on all the health clearances he has them. He has sired 2 beautiful litters with Landseer and black or brown puppies. All his pups have grown up to be hallmarks of the breed. He has been OFA certified on hips, elbow, and cardiac. He is on the smaller side for a male as he weighs between 80-100 lbs. He comes from Southland newfoundlands who has been breeding newfoundlands since the 80s. Despite his size he still produces very large pups. His biggest pup was 90 lbs at 9 months.
