All About Me!

My name is Hardy and I am an 10 month old very handsome Australian Shepard. I have been in foster care for the winter but I really need a loving family of my own. I was born & raised on a horse ranch but my original family had to move and could not take me with them. My foster family just cannot keep me as they have too many dogs already. I am very sweet, playful, happy & healthy. But I am kinda shy and hard to catch due to some trust issues. But we can work that out with time, patience and love. I really need an experienced doggie home....preferably an experience Aussie family. I would need a fenced yard but acreage would be a dream come true. I get along very well with other dogs of all ages so if there were to be another dog to buddy up and play with that would be great! I currently have horses on the other side of the fence to visit with. I like them alot. I also have chickens I like to watch. My original home I had lots of cats so I am OK with them, too. My foster Mom wants the very best home & life for me. If my new home does not work out, I can go back. So if you decide you don't like me, you will not be stuck with me. (I can't imagine that happening!) I am AKC registered. Limited Registration transfer can be discussed if desired. My foster mom will want to know about you and where you live to insure I will will be safe & loved. If you are honest & sincere, you will not mind.
