Note: { Yorkies have a slower teeth development and usually are chewing well between 8 and 10 weeks. If you are seriously interested and would like to visit and become acquainted, we will accept a small nonrefundable deposit of $200., to reserve your choice of Yorkie until Yorkie is about10 weeks old.} Raising these puppies are a passion of ours at Mountain Valley Yorkies .The mother, Yoshi is 1/2 Yorkie and 1/2 Shih-tzu, and the sire, Toby is a parti full Yorkshire Terrier that is only 3lb.So these babies are 3/4Yorkies, and are more of a parti colored Yorkie just like their sire, Toby. A pic of mother, and sire are pictured at the end of the puppy pictures. Both parents have silky long hair and thus it is anticipated that so will the babies. Each week as they grow their hair gets a little longer and fuzzy soft. At about 9 weeks old the babies will be able to chew dry puppy food. Currently they are partially nursing, but mother is gradually weaning them and they are eating soft puppy food.
