We no longer AKC register our puppies (unless one is being retained for breeding or being placed with breeding rights) but will send copies of the parents AKC papers, as well as a copy of the parents, pedigrees and health clearances, in your puppy pick up packet. If an individual is looking to compete in AKC recognized competitions, once the dog is spayed/neutered we can provide AKC papers at the clients expense (it is not very expensive). We have a spay/neuter requirement on our puppies. We occasionally allow full breeding rights for an extra fee and vet references are required.
