Rowan is very sweet, outgoing, playful, and he loves people. He likes to play in water and loves playing in the backyard. Rowan should be between 12 - 15 pounds when full grown. His parents are genetic tested and are clear for everything tested for, including IVDD. Rowan has been raised in our home and has had early neurologic stimulation and sound desensitization. He has been started on potty training and grooming training. Rowan has had 2 puppy shots, passed his vet health check, and he is microchipped. He comes with a genetic health warranty.
