All About Me!

Nancy is our newly retired Momma! She’s been absolutely amazing, but deserves a life with more undivided attention. Our attention here (to Nancy’s dismay) has to be divided between appointments, grooming, puppies, and just daily day to day tasks of keeping us clean, enriched, and moving forward. Nancy is higher energy. She does have great drive still, and LOVED her job as a Mom. It gave her purpose and something to do. Nancy WILL need something to do in her new home. Whether it’s scheduled walks, hiking, car ride adventures, games… all of the above lol her mind is busy and if she is under-stimulated she will bark. Nancy absolutely looooves her people and isn’t against meeting others or other dogs. She has always been part of the upper crust in our pack, so in a household with new dogs, she would likely rise up in the ranks. She has always been very fair with corrections though and has been a great puppy teacher for correct dog behavior. We really are sad to let her go, but without her mothering job, she’d be at a loss of what to do here and quite frankly we currently don’t have the time or staff (it’s just us two sisters) to take her on as many adventures as she needs to feel properly stimulated and happy. We always try to be honest with ourselves and about our dogs, and at the end of the day we sincerely want what’s best for them. Nancy honestly would be great for a hiking/camping/active family. She’d happily carry her own backpack of stuff. She has really nice recall for us here, and is just eager to be part of anything and everything. Nancy was/is completely genetically tested as well as OFA CHIC certified. She is crate trained, walks well on a slip lead, and absolutely loves the car. She is PET ONLY. She deserves the rest of her time doing all the other things she loves. She genuinely just loves going out and doing things. She loveeees meeting new people and does do well with kids.
