She has been with her new family less than a week, and while she is reported to have been fitting in perfectly, their 11 year old daughter now feels overwhelmed with a dog in the house so we’d like to give her a second chance. I’ll be sure to mark her recent pictures in her first adoptive home so you can see how excited she is to fit into a new family. She’s so good about being in a kennel, she’s respectful about furniture and has zero accidents inside. She alerts when she has to potty, and she is very low maintenance. Winnie is the sweetest girl, she’s the dog that inspired me to become a groomer. I got her when she was only 4 weeks old, given by a bad breeder at the beginning of my dog journey. But after being the only dog for the first 2 years of her life, my other dogs that I’ve gotten after her seem to stress her out. It has gotten to the point where fights break out, sought out by Winnie’s need to be in a peaceful environment. All of our dogs are younger than her, and although she’s young herself, she’s looking for a slower pace where young pups won’t bother her. I’ve had to take her to the vet due to these fights already. When I only had two other little ones, she was just fine, specially if given her own space and time. But as my family has grown, she seems more and more anxious. It really hurts to see her this way, and although it hurts me to have to place her, I want her to be safe. She’s a great girl on her own, good for grooming, walking, and just giving you a snuggle. She’s potty trained, kennel trained, and obedient. She listens and understands everything we say. She is registered and fixed. I’ve included different pictures of her in different stages.
