Pip is the runt and the wild child. He loves to play and be around people. He hops everywhere and has no problem being the boss despite his size. Pip is adorable! He is 7/8 Rat terrier and 1/8 Shih Tzu which makes the best personality. He will come up to date on vaccinations and dewormings. He also comes with a toy, a small bag of food, and a health record.
