Penelope is a gorgeous Red Merel,Toy-Poodle. She should average 8-10 pounds. She is non-shedding and hypoallergenic. Penelope will come with a puppy care kit, microchip, and all age appropriate vaccinations. We are hobby breeders and have been raising puppies in our home for 24+ years.
