11 wk old shilo shepherd(Alaskan Malmute dam 80lbs black /white X German Shepherd sire cream w/golden saddle) I am not a breeder these are my personal dogs. I'm a 32 year old woman with an 8 year old son. In addition to the parents our household includes 2 other female dogs (1 German shepherd, 1 German shepherd/collie) and a male German shepherd thats not dad, an adult male human, and a handful of chickens. Scarlette is 4th born of 7. Black and white she's a cutie with malmute facial markings, rich black saddle and sableing in the longer fur of the her body and a beautiful multi colored tail in a v shaped pattern. Crate trained and doing well on house breaking and on and of leash as expected. Scarlette sees horses at the neighbors and barn cats passing through. most likely do best in a home with out small children. She is very bonded to our oldest fm who is a rescue and also a working dog. No guarding, we are a sharing household. everyone has a room (crate) she prefers her own, all the outside doors have bells no pee pads. No furniture. Desensitized to loud noise, fenced dogs, and an absurd amount of barking from the hunting hounds down the road. does well with bathing and is ok with having her nails trimmed and filed. unfortunately likes to dig, i haven't had a problem with it inside; however she will empty a water tower in no time, hunt for bugs, find bear poop, or burrow. Good at finding things.. so hunting, birding, tracking, service work or sport might be her calling. We had an incident with scarlette where she had been abducted at 6 weeks for 3 days so there are special conditions for her homing.. She comes with the disclaimer that she may be prone to devloping anxiety. She is playful, independent, bold and attentive, likes being massaged and brushed but not so fond of being held.
