Casper is an energetic puppy. He is UTD on his shots and de-worming. He is ready for his new home. His Mom is an American Eskimo weighing 17lbs and his Dad is Blue Merle Apple Head Chihuahua weighing 10lbs. He is mostly white with some tan color and he's a long haired pup.
