Elias ia a stocky, male chihuahua, with a tri-colored coat. Easy-going, quiet, and patient. His vaccines are completed, including a rabies vaccine. Has a good appetite, and eating Purina Puppy Chow. Crate trained and uses the stairs. Not neutered, no registration papers. He is not sure how to use a leash. He loves to run outside to play and potty. We will meet you in a public area.
