This baby looks like a tiny Corgi, but he’s a sweet, longhaired, applehead, full blood Chihuahua. Mom is a 3.5lb longhaired applehead sable and dad is 6lb longhaired applehead white with a few tan spots. This boy, on November 5, 2024, weighed 1lb 6oz and is charting to be 4lb 14oz as an adult. Both parents are gentle and sweet, as are all their kids. This baby will have a full coat by the age of two, as most longhaired Chihuahuas coats don’t fill in completely until then. He has had his first vaccines, has successfully been on solid food, and is raring to get his new family so he can entertain and adore them as he does for us. Deposit holds. We do not allow people to come to our home for the health and safety of the puppies, and highly recommend new puppy parents get a second round of vaccines before going anywhere they can be exposed to other dogs or people outside your family. Puppies are resilient, but I always suggest people don’t take a chance with their health until the vaccines have kicked in and their body is prepared to fight.
