All About Me!

She's a cream color with some white markings on her forehead, side of her nose, and tips of her toes.  Petal may look similar in appearance to her siblings, but her face and ears are a darker shade of cream.  Combined with her 'puppy uglies' stage, she can appear a bit odd at first glance.   This apricot-cream color will stay that shade into adulthood and we think it's beautifully eye-catching.    Petal is the wackiest and wiggliest little girl!  As soon as her paws touch the ground, she's off bounding and bouncing everywhere!  Petal has such a spirited personality and exudes so much cuteness it's difficult to not fall in love with her.  She used to be the shy one, if you can believe it.  Once she hit 5 weeks of age, it was as if a switch had flipped!  Petal is the ultimate charmer of even the grumpiest person.  She seems to have a smile on her tiny face all the time, and that hasn't changed a bit as she's gotten older.  Sweet Petal is smack dab in the middle of her Pomeranian 'puppy uglies'.  ~~Every Pom puppy goes through this stage of growth and it's very common for them to look quite odd compared to when they were 8 or 9 weeks old. Every Pom puppy sheds their puppy fur as the first sign.~~  She's clearly started this transition and the fur on her face is much shorter in comparison to her body.  Not only that, but Petal is going through her own version of 'teething' and is growing like a weed!  If you include the shedding up puppy fur with a series of growth spurts over the course of 12-16 weeks, it amounts to a Pomeranian puppy that looks just like Petal!  When she's closer to 20 weeks, she will transition out of her puppy uglies and into the beautiful, fluffy adult she's going to be.   Petal's mom is Twister.  Twister is the same coloring as her three puppies (Fitz, Petal, and Delilah): cream with a few white markings.  She does have some chocolate in her background and has a light brown (chocolate) nose.  Twister is about 6.5 pounds of calm sweetness and dizzying energy. We named her Twister when she was a puppy because she loved to dance and twist in circles when she was happy and excited.  She still does it, but much less since she was a puppy.  Petal's dad is a solid orange boy named Pooh Bear.  Pooh is related to the very first Pomeranian we ever had.  He even has the same cobby body, color, and fluffy coat, too!  Pooh Bear is basically a happy and sprightly ball of fluff that is only 4.5 pounds   Petal turned 8 weeks old May 23rd.  She can leave for a new home any time!  Petal will go to her new home with a 1-year health contract, full AKC registration application, vet examination with health certificate, current vaccinations and deworming, small bag of puppy food, handmade puppy bed and blanket, and lifetime support.    Get in contact with us to take Petal home today!
