Tedah is a Rough Collie mix and she’s 6 years old. Located near Saint James, MN. I’m willing to drive and meet in a public location if you live far away. Rehoming fee 300, but if you get her fixed I’ll let you take her for 140. Come meet her in person, I’m free every Sunday. 507-514-8411 ✅ She’s up to date with her shots. ✅ Amazing with children and people, she is very sweet and docile. ✅ She’s a quiet girl and rarely barks or howls. ✅ She is a well-mannered lady at the vet or in the store. ✅ She’s leash-trained. ✅ Great on a tie-out. ✅ She’s good on car rides and will lie on the back seat comfortably. ✅ Tedah’s very empathetic and will be a great companion or emotional support dog. ✅ Tedah’s a positive girl and will always be happy to greet you. ✅ You will win her over with tasty food and belly rubs! ✅ She loves to get her fur brushed. ✅ She’s low maintenance and very mellow. She’ll love to lounge in your yard all day. ✅ When she’s happy she’ll smile, make a low grumble/purring sound (pittie rumbles is the term) and she does a cute prancy dance with her paws (it looks like she’s tap dancing) ✅ Tedah is a good hunter and will protect your land from critters. ✅ She’s a wonderful outdoor dog, she’s been one her whole life. ‼️ She’s uncomfortable being indoors long term and will have to be an outside dog. If you want her to become an indoor dog, please make the transition a gradual one! ‼️ She has a prey drive and will go after your ducks and chickens. ‼️ She has to be an only dog. She will be dominant around yummy food if other dogs are around. She’ll either get bullied or become the bully, depending on the dogs she’s with. ‼️ Tedah’s an escape artist; she digs, climbs, and breaks through fencing. Don’t keep her in a pen/enclosure. Unless it’s indestructible! ‼️ She will have to be on a tie-out permanently. Tie her up to a shed, barn, or doghouse so she can have shelter when the weather isn’t pleasant. ‼️Tedah isn’t fixed and is a bad mom! So keep her away from boys or get her spayed. ‼️She’s an older dog and will need time to get used to her new home. Don’t expect her to get into the swing of things a few weeks later, it will take months! I’m rehoming her because I want her to get more love and attention. I have other dogs she has to compete against for my love. She’s such a sweetie towards everyone she meets, so I feel in my heart that she has great potential to be someone’s best friend and companion. I hope someone with a kind heart and patience will take her in and give her the happy life she deserves.💗 I found useful links on how to help an outdoor dog transition to an indoor one, along with articles on what to expect when adopting an older dog.
