Blue collar is the runt of his litter. He does have a hare lip but it doesn’t affect his eating. His palette is fine. He is pied with black, brown and white color. He has quite the personality. He’s extremely feisty and loves to eat. He will be well socialized, come with all current vaccinations, deworming schedule, and a puppy care package. He will only be available for a pet home.
