Portia has beautiful thick, wavy hair. Her mom is a 9 lb Shihpoo, her dad is a 7 lb toy poodle. Portia is charting 9-10 lbs as an adult. She has a sweet, demure temperament—not the dominant one of the litter. She will be ready to go after Nov 17. I welcome texts (or calls) at 509-778-1877
