Rita is a happy adorable tiny pup with a furiously waggy tail and mild, sweet, loving, slightly reserved temperament. Her coloring is a rare tri color ( phantom) brown parti which provides her delightful expressive eyebrows ! Her parents are tested to be 100 percent poodle and have clear genetic health testing with no cddy or cdpa Mom is 11 lb tri Merle parti and dad 13 lb brown phantom parti.
