Little Stetz

Chinese Shar-Pei
Male, Born on 03/17/2024 - 13 weeks old

All About Me!

Little Stetz has a very thick brush/bear coat in a dark fawn color with a dark mask. This color comes from his handsome Daddy, Stetson Stud-Muffin. Stetson has sired 5 litters since 2014. In most of these litters, he produced a near carbon copy of himself! And this boy should repeat that honor! Father and son share a wide “meat-mouth” that gives him a stout confident appearance. And, he might be a MINI Shar-Pei like his Mommie. Based on years of experience with Shar-Pei, I am somewhat confident that Little Stetz should remain a MINI Shar-Pei. I just wonder how it is that so much potential can come in such a small package! Both parents are on-site. In this litter, Stetz is without a doubt the leader of the pack! He shows several signs of being very intelligent. If the screen door is mostly closed, he gets a paw in there and works it open and all his siblings follow. A few days ago, I was out on the backyard lawn. Daddy Stetson, comes from inside the house through the dog door to get outside. I knew it was only going to be a matter of days before Little Stetz figured that dog-door out. Yup, a day later I’m in the kitchen upstairs and 4 little fur-balls are suddenly underfoot! Stetz has excellent skin, generous wrinkles, and perfect eyes. He has a stout, muscular build. He’s had a super amount of outdoor playtime with his littermates on the newly sodded grass in the fenced back yard as well as access to a screened in porch. Stetz is very well socialized and gets generous time with friends, neighbors and grand kiddos. He is a confident and loving pup looking to be adopted into a great home. Pups have been pre-registered with AKC pedigree papers in-hand. Each pup has a 12-point Vet certification of Health. Stetz received all A’s. We raise pups in-home. This is our 11th litter over a period of 33years. We fence off an 8x10 area in our large entry foyer. This is their nursery for 3-4 weeks and is also their night-time sleep space. At 5 weeks of age, we gently begin to housebreak the puppies. Within 7-10 days they are totally housebroken. Yes, really! Shar-Pei are very clean dogs and naturally want to keep their living space clean. Additional pics and info, e-mail me.
