AKC Rosie is a “perfect” Chihuahua. Why? Rosie only barks when I am on the phone! Rosie was recently spayed so she needs to transition to her forever home. She is lovable but not overbearing. She is very adaptable and adjusts easily to new situations. She loves cuddles, walks and will bond easily.
