All About Me!

Rusty is a 4-month-old basic obedience trained  puppy.  He is smart, gentle, eager to please, loves to cuddle, obedient and submissive. If you are looking for an easy going puppy who will be at your side and comfort you, he is your guy.  He will make an ultimate companion, emotional support or therapy dog! His parents are our kids 4H dogs, our equestrian companions, and protectors of our livestock. They can do it all, but most of all, they are great family dogs! Mom is a border collie/Australian shepherd 45 lbs Dad is Australian Shepherd 60 lbs. The parents are  health tested/cleared (Embark DNA).  Rusty lives on a small farm with a large family of people and animals. He is good with children 3+, adults, cats and kittens, horses, chickens, neighboring cows, and sheep. He knows how to stay away from farm equipment, he knows how to walk on a leash, ride in a car, live in a house, do his potty business outside, go on walks, stay in the yard, be with his humans in places like the farmer's market, vet clinic, park, or dog training class, and many other things a well-behaved dog of his age should know to save his new owner time and money on puppy training and ease his own transition to a new home.
