The puppy is well handled and friendly to strangers. If you wish to pick up the puppy then she is free of charge. We wish first and foremost that that this puppy goes to a loving home and we do not wish to make money on the happiness of the dog or their future owner. Here is a brief overview of the breed: Akbash dogs are a great working dog for livestock as well as loyal and loving companions. Their job for livestock is one of guarding and protecting those animals under their charge. Most Akbash dogs are not inherently aggressive, rather they will put themselves between their charges and a threat and will bark to drive it away. As pets they are loving and happy animals that enjoy walks, runs, or simply laying in the yard and watching the world go by. They are very intelligent animals and can learn standard commands. They bond well with their family and will make a great family pet. Females will grow to about 80-90 pounds and males will grow to 90-120 pounds.
