All About Me!
Mother: BorderCollie/AustralianShepherd; 65 pounds. Velvet is my devoted companion. Follows me everywhere, but never underfoot. I have never had a dog so easy to train, because she is so eager to please me. The pups get their brains from Velvet. Father: Newfoundland/AustralianCattleDog; 75 pounds. Goober is a humble, laidBack, gentle guy. He teaches the pups manners, but doesn't ever hurt them. And the pups are so smart, that they don't need to be told very often. It makes my training a lot easier; I just softly growl, and the pups stop and pay attention to me. Ringo is a dappled dude. He loves to explore the world. He also likes to follow me around to see what I am doing. He likes to be cuddled.... until he sees something interesting to explore. Smart; easy to train because he is eager to please you. Raised on a farm; socialized with cats/ chickens/ ducks/ horse. Free range, so he is already learning basic manners and commands like no/ enough/ move/ backUp/ ouch. I work with him a lot, since he is around me as I tend the animals. His father has taught him to respect a growl; he will stop whatever he is doing if you softly growl.
