Registered AKC MAS Neutered Male Miniature American Shepherd.
Roscoe is a very sweet boy. He is reserved with strangers and needs someone who is patient in gaining his trust but shouldn't take long if he gets lots of love. He is a snuggler and wants to be a house/farm dog. He does well with other dogs and is more confident around other confident dogs. Prefers women, but will warm up to men, but may take a little longer. Loves kids as long as they give him a little spacial boundaries at first. He does get car sick still, he didn't as a puppy, but going through adolescence he started getting motion sickness when traveling. Hoping he overcomes this with age as most of them do. He has a great recall and knows his name, is house trained, leash trained (very respectful on a leash that is), will walk on a treadmill, crate trained, litter pan trained, knows how to use a doggie door, knows sit and stay, place (for his blanket), has been around the barn cats, chickens, pigs, horses and cows. Local pick-up only, will not ship. I would like to spend adequate time with new owners to make sure home is a good fit!
