About our place

ROCKY VALLEY FARM AKC/CKC/FCI registered Newfoundland Landseers with Puppy Training Academy option. We are proud member of the AKC and have been breeding these beautiful dogs for over 15 years. Most of our pups become service animals through our training program. We breed to encourage dry mouth and tight eye conformation of the original European Landseer Newfoundland bloodline standards portrayed by artist Sir Edwin Landseer. Our foundational breeding stock were selected to have the most diverse and widely dispersed gene pool with parent lineage of a minimum of 3 generations back of clear OFA on all applicable health markers. Pups are born in the home and raised with humans from their first breath. Our dogs all run free on over 10 acres of pasture and woods but will be found most of the time lounging on our extra large farm style front porch. They are all loved and live the best dog life ever. We also do Newf rescue work when possible and the trainer works with them for free to try to help them find a forever home.
