About our place

We spend our days working our family owned and operated businesses from our 50-acre homestead nestled along the Nooksack River and Bellingham Bay in Bellingham, Washington. We've been married for 27 years and have 8 grown children and 25 grandchildren. Our breed of choice is the Australian Shepard. The Australian Shepard makes a great family dog as it brings its natural devotion, affection and sense of security to our family. As a working farm dog we've witnessed its drive to protect the animals on the farms. With the aussies strong natural instinct to heard they've helped cut working time for the farmer. It's also has a low kill drive, which makes it perfect for protecting and guarding the heards and flocks on the farm. Since purchasing our first Australian Shepard "Millie", we've been completely satisfied with the high intelligence of the breed. We've appreciated her skills and consider her an asset and partner with our family operated farm.
