About our place

They say good friends are hard to find, let us help! We are a small hobby breeder of AKC Golden Retrievers located in the beautiful Brushy Mountains of North Carolina! We also raise small heritage breed pasture pigs. Our dogs are treated with care. We take seriously our responsibility to steward the things God has given us and our animals are no exception. We test all our Sires and Dams through Embark. We only have a litter or two a year. This means we only have a few dogs who receive lots of love and attention from us! Our puppies are whelped and raised inside around our family and socialized from birth till they go home with you! They will be well accustomed to all the loud noises and smells that come with family and homestead life! Our goal is to provide you with an adaptable companion ready for whatever adventure! We socialize from birth, start ESI and ENS at 3 days old. Puppies have been exposed to common trigger sounds such as fireworks and doorbells. We also start on crate desensitization and potty training! We want your new puppy make a smooth transition to your home! *We will deny a sale if we feel it is not in the puppy’s best interest!*
