Our Shiba Inu story began in an unexpected way, with an exchange student named Izumi who joined our family during my daughter's senior year of high school. Izumi quickly became a cherished member of our family, leaving a lasting impact on us. Two years after my daughter graduated, we were thrilled to receive an invitation to Izumi's wedding in Osaka, Japan. It was at this beautiful ceremony in Japan that we encountered our first Shiba Inu, their family dog named Shoko. The elegance and spirited nature of the Shiba Inu captivated us instantly, igniting a passion that would grow to define our family's journey. This experience transformed our lives, turning what was initially a delightful encounter into a deep, abiding passion for the breed. It took two years for us to get our first pair of Shiba Inu's from Japan to the US Since that fateful meeting, we've dedicated ourselves to raising classic, balanced, and healthy Shiba Inus. Although we no longer show our dogs, we maintain the highest standards, adhering closely to the guidelines set by NIPO (Nihon Ken Hozonkai), ensuring that each puppy we raise meets the epitome of breed standards. Our commitment to excellence is not just a practice but a tribute to the moment that changed our lives—the day we met our first Shiba Inu at Izumi's wedding. Every Shiba Inu we raise is a testament to that pivotal moment, a continuation of a story that began with friendship and grew into a family legacy centered around these magnificent dogs. Our Shibas are more than pets; they are a symbol of our family's journey and passion. Please reach out with any questions you may have about our dogs, but please do your research on this remarkable, yet unique breed. We look forward to meeting you.
