About our place

Welcome to Southern Paws Goldendoodles. We are a family operation that has bred our goldendoodle for the love of the breed and also to help me out with the need for hypo allergenic dogs. We have always been a family that had golden retriever's and bred them as well. After my second child was born, things changed in my body and I developed a severe allergy to dogs. It was so hard not being able to love on our golden's like I used to and they also had to be put outdoors when they had been indoor dogs for 8+ years. Years later, after our golden's had passed away - we decided to give the Goldendoodle a shot to see how I would do (I had also been through 5 years of allergy injections). My husband also wanted a hunting dog and we weren't sure how the goldendoodle would do but man, WINNER, WINNER on allergy AND hunting. We have videos and photos on our facebook page of our Mama dog, Scout doing what she loves with bird hunting and also updates and videos of all the pups if you want to check it out. This is Scout's first litter of pups and they are F1B Goldendoodles and will have their CKC registration paperwork if you so choose to register them. They will have their vet checkups up to date as well as their shots, worming, and be microchipped. We have also been working them since 4 weeks of age on potty training, kennel training, and basic commands. They are the best dogs and love their play time and the fight for who can get in the lap first to cuddle and go to sleep end up turning into a doodle mosh pit!! We prefer to have families come pick up their puppies in person but will consider shipping them if you have a pet nanny and we have done an interview with you.
