Poplar Creek Kennels is located in Eastern North Carolina Specializing in AKC labs. My name is Phillip Kirby owner and operator. All my life, I've been a dog lover. From dogs and cats, to horses and chickens, living on a farm has giving me quite a bit of experience with all kinds of animals.
