About our place

We are a family of animal lovers, raising small bundles of joy! We enjoy raising our puppies and are never in a hurry to place them. Their parents are spoiled members of our household, and all of our puppies are raised under foot. We have other dogs, cats and birds that they are all raised with. Our younger children handle and spoil the babies every single day. We love having puppies around! You are welcome to come into our home and meet not only your new baby, but their mom and dad and the rest of their "family" too! We have many years of experience having worked in the veterinary industry. We are particular with every aspect of what we do, from what we feed our precious puppies to what brand of vaccines we allow them to have. We have a fantastic local veterinarian we use to fully examine all of our puppies prior to them finding their new homes. All of our babies come with a Florida Health Certificate from our veterinarian. The puppies are dewormed twice and have a fecal test performed at the vet to make certain they are parasite free. We will never allow our puppies to go home until they have had their 2nd Distemper/Parvo vaccine after 9 weeks of age as we want them to have a good start on their immunity. Once the puppies reach 10 to 12 weeks of age, we begin them on Flea & Heartworm prevention (Revolution). Our puppies are used to routine grooming and nail trims starting at 5 weeks of age. We begin feeding them a gruel made with high quality puppy food at 4 weeks of age and begin feeding them kibble at 5 to 6 weeks of age. This is in addition to them nursing and receiving their mother's milk. Because our puppies are so tiny and typically only around 1 to 2lbs max when they begin weaning from their mother, we free feed our babies their puppy food. We love chunky puppies as we feel this helps prevent any hypoglycemic episodes that could occur from a puppy eating a smaller amount than normal or crashing too hard after a rough play session. We will not let a picky puppy leave for their new home until we are certain they are eating extremely well and are a good weight. The puppies are used to being in a kennel and a puppy pen when they are with us. The have access to puppy pads and typically use them beautifully when they leave us. If you have any questions about us or our puppies, just ask!
