About our place

Arda Acres is a homestead in West Tennessee raising Svarthöna chickens and mini fainting goats. To protect these animals, we utilize livestock guardian dogs. Our LGD choice is the Maremma Sheepdog renowned for fighting wolves while protecting sheep in Italy. These amazing dogs give us peace of mind that our land and livestock are safe. Our puppies come from a long line of working dogs with no known hip, elbow, or other genetic disorders. Our dogs and pups receive raw meat and bone. Pups are raised around goats, chickens, and cats. We're members of the Maremma Sheepdog Club of America and our LGDs are dual registered with the MSCA and the UKC. Puppies go home with a bag of food, a blanket with mom's scent, a collar, a clicker for training, and a binder with helpful resources, vet history, and registration documentation. We provide lifetime support to you and your puppy. Reach out to us at any time. A signed and witnessed contract and non-refundable deposit are required to reserve a puppy.
