I’m Carolyn, Breeder/Exhibiter at Marquis Royal Court, 25 years of breeding! Our dogs live in our home loved & cared for. Many repeated clients. I breed because It’s my passion and (hobby) I love raising beautiful, healthy, quality chihuahuas...Our dogs are All AKC registered, veterinarian, owned, bred and loved. Selectively bred from top quality show/champion bloodlines. Each of our adult dogs are DNA and health tested...I worked as a vet assistant for many years helping my husband (veterinarian). I have chihuahuas and also had papillons through the years that have achieved AKC champion titles, and done very well in obedience. Quality dogs are not cheap to raise, I have invested thousands of dollars into my dogs, showing, buying, shipping and importing dogs, for certain looks and quality. It’s very expensive breeding and giving all your dogs the proper health care, they each need and deserve, vaccinations, dewormings, heart prevention, quality dog food, once month flea and tick prevention, new toys, beds, shampoos conditioner and the list goes on and on. Our dogs and pups are raised around cats, our dogs and family, they are playful, very affectionate, make great bed-bug to cuddle with. No doubt by viewing our dogs and website the quality can be seen:) Often times we place many of our show prospects pups into loving pet homes that could have been shown. My Prices are not low because I am a responsible and caring breeder. My dogs are my family first. Our breeding done out of love for the breed, keeping our dogs healthy, happy, feeding quality food, treats are my main priority. Which all becomes quite expensive; Often People just can't see past the price, and often wonder why some breeder sell their pups for higher prices. Many times the prices have a reflect on the breeders ethics and what life the breeder chooses for her adults and puppies to live.
